Bred from a metallic blue koi male × metallic blue koi female, this special batch offers a stunning variety of young Bettas. You'll find some fry with solid shimmering metallic-blue scales, others with colorful blue koi-style patches, and even a few with blue bodies that show a red iridescent shimmer in their fins. Each baby Betta is healthy, active, and displaying more colour with every week that passes. We’ve raised them with love at Rudy’s Aquarium, so they’re used to human interaction and primed to thrive in your care.

Every Betta from Rudy’s Aquarium is hand-reared in South East London, not mass-bred abroad. Raised in roomy, planted tanks (never tiny cups!), our Bettas grow up healthier, more socialised, and accustomed to people. This gentle upbringing helps them develop strong bodies and vibrant colour — ready to flourish in their new homes.

Thrives in warm freshwater: 24–27 °C (75–81 °F) with gentle filtration and plenty of plant cover
Currently communal & curious: These juveniles live together peacefully (as they mature, adult males will need solitary tanks since Betta boys can be territorial, while females may cohabit in sororities with care)
Collection or Local Delivery
Collection preferred: We strongly recommend collecting in person from BR3 (South East London) so you can choose your preferred little fish; each fry’s colours and patterns are one-of-a-kind, and seeing them up close helps you pick the one that catches your eye 😊
Local delivery available: If you can’t visit, local hand-delivery is available within ~5 miles for a £10 fee; for delivered orders we’ll select the healthiest, most vibrant fry on your behalf
